How long does it take to see results from using Purature products?

Some results are immediate while others may only become apparent over time. Results also vary depending on your skin type, age and skin condition, but even people with persistent skin problems have reported visible results after two months of regular use.

What does "fragrance-free natural scent" mean?

Our products smell great thanks to their natural ingredients. No synthetic fragrances have been added.

Have any of your products been tested on animals?

No. All of our products are dermatologically tested and cruelty-free: We do not conduct animal testing on our products or ingredients, nor ask others to test on our behalf.


Anti-acne


I have acne-prone skin but I am also worried about aging. Should I buy both serums?

Not necessarily. The Anti-acne Serum contains all the anti-aging, toning, firming, antioxidant and astringent properties of the Anti-aging Serum plus ingredients to combat acne, so there's usually no need to purchase both products. The Anti-aging Serum, however, works better around the eyes and instantly calms razor burn and irritation.

At what age should I start using anti-aging products?

You're never too young to start looking after your skin. Our anti-aging products are as much about prevention as they are about repair. The younger you start, the better the results.


Shipping, handling and returns


Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number and link in the dispatch confirmation email we will send to the email address you entered on your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and we offer free shipping worldwide!

Please note that any customs fees, VAT, and sales tax charged by the government of your country must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be nor do we have any control over these charges.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns except in the case of a damaged product. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery of the product and we must be notified of any damaged products within 7 days of delivery of the product. We do not pay for return shipping.
